Samsung A71 Disconnects Calls

For the last few weeks almost every time I receive or make a call on my Samsung A71, I can't always hear the person on the other end, & the call disconnects. Even when I can hear them, the call just disconnects after a few minutes. I know it's not [always !] the other person hanging up. The phone's a little over a year old so surely not that, could it be Tesco network (tho' don't know of any problems with it) ?

Only other thing is I've had updates blocked for some time. I use an app for work that the developers keep messing about with & I know it's caused a lot of issues so really don't want to lose the older version of that.

I think it's too regular an issue to be the network, tbh. Turning phone off & on did used to clear the problem. For a while, but not any more.
Don't think it'd be lack of updates then Buenchico ? Think I'll have to try going to a Tesco Mobile shop.

Shop gave me a 2nd SIM (using alongside SIM 1), so far so good, tho' text this morning wouldn't send ... will be monitoring ...
