Cannot Close An App

I have a Samsung galaxy A10 tablet I cannot use it because I cannot close the Bluetooth app I keep getting a blue line all round anywhere I press how do I get rid of this

Have you tried turning it off and then turning it on again?

You can also force quite the app on windows,
My dear friends a keyboard shortcut to force quite the app alt+f4
also can do this by task manger ctrl+alt+del, choose task manger and select the application to close and end task.

Thank you, Shane, those suggestions work beautifully on a Windows desktop or laptop, not on the Android tablet that kloofnek was using
