I doubt that anyone here will have a definitive answer to such a specific enquiry. What I'd do, if I were in your position, would be to make a general enquiry to the Consulate, without even mentioning your daughter's name (unless you're specifically asked for it, of course). That way it wouldn't be possible to cause any delay to your daughter's application.
So, in the first instance, I suggest trying to get through on the phone. (020 7589 8989). Then simply say (without mentioning your daughter's name): "My daughter has applied for a visa and has received her passport back. Does she now need to attend the Consulate in person or is the matter fully resolved?".
If you can't get through on the phone, send an email that asks the same question, using an email address that's not linked to your daughter's application.
