Outlook Email

This happens all the time - when I try to get into my Outlook the envelope just pops up time and again and not allowing me to get into my emails.

Any help please. Thanks

Hi jennyjoan, I have the same problem, sometimes switching wifi off then on sometimes works or closing the email app and retrying a few times, it is frustrating, it works fine on my desktop computer.

thanks Dagman. You're right - I left the "envelope" on today but computer logged itself out and I am just after logging in again and was able to get into email again so I will know to log out in future.
