This has popped up on my Sony Vaio windows 10 and have no ìdea how to delete it. Thanks for any simple help!

first hover the mouse over it. If it stays then it's a stalled process, do CTRL+ALT+DEL and looks at the task list and it should be clear what it is, then end task.
