Can't Sync Contacts

Hello. I'm trying to set up my bedroom
Alexa to make calls if I have an emergency.

My dear niece has been trying hours but when she gets to Import Contacts she slides the device to on, but immediately closes again telling us unable to Import contacts.

Does anyone know why and how to reset it to remain in in position.

Exactly what sort of Alexa device do you have? Do your contacts use Alexa Calling?
