ive had my router working fine untill the other day i have just spent 2 hrs on phone to help desk and after trying setting passwords,and loads of other mindnumbing stuff it turns out that my neighbour has got same model and has overtaken my router what can i do?? it not possable to approach neibour we live in a block of flats 2 stories high if thats got anything to do with it any help much apprciated thanks

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.ZebUK, apart from reiterating what I have already written about the reset button you are then presumably referring to the WEP encryption which is not as secure as WPA but in any case will not prevent the other person from logging in to this router and taking it over again unless he makes the web page login secure.
If he does not do this, there is nothing to prevent the other person typing in the web page number, then type in the default log-in details and then change all the settings again and finally password-protecting the log-in and locking him out again.
Solely encrypting the Wifi connection access will not prevent this.
