For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.If you are using Windows XP then each user will have their own folder to store their own files, desktop layout etc (that is the point of having their own IDs).
So each person has to clear out their own internet files etc.
Each persons folders are stored under "C:Document and Settings"
So if you have two users, FRED and JANE, then FREDs files are held under
C:\Documents and Settings\FRED\....
and JANES files are held under
C:\Documents and Settings\JANE\.....
If you click on "My Computer" then "Local Disk C:" you can see the "Documents and Settings" folder.
Note do NOT delete files directly from these folder as Windows keeps all sorts of things in there, hidden files, hidden folders etc so leave them as they are.
