my laptop has been shut down by Microsoft with a message telling me to ring up on 07451 260573 my pc has been infected ring this number for support
HELP what shall I do it just sit there telling to ring there them for support

Do you know what yo do now then now you know its not a Microsoft message...its a scam from malwate/ransomware

Thank you all I don't know what Ide do without you people , you tend to get to trusting with age ,and Ging I pushed the panic button when I couldn't get rid of it off my screen no matter what , I never gave it a thought Thank you all again I think its time for a cup of tea

It's too easy to panic when this sort of thing happens, regardless of your age.

Barry its abit of a worry when someone can lock your pc and place a pretty good official looking microsoft message on your screen ,It makes you wonder what else they can get up to and how clever they are ,but one thing its done its given me a wake up call
