Dropbox Problems

I am the administrator of a dropbox account and I wish to add another user to have total access to the files, but once again dropbox have changed the way that you do this - and I cannot understand what to do!

I believe I have to sign into the main dropbox website, but cannot fathom out what I have to do from there.

Can someone please explain as if you are telling a 5 year old, click on this, click on that etc as I am not very IT proficient.

Please ignore - the person concerned has just resigned!

The next time that I shall need to do this will probably be in another year or so and I expect dropbox will have made other changes by then
