What is meant by FAT32 or FAT64? Thanks in advance.

In english, files are stored physically in a location, and the FAT, or File Allocation Table simply indexes where any given file, or part of a file, can be found (called its address). The 32 and 64 refer to the number of 'bits' used in the address. Larger numbers of bits enable bigger numbers and therefore more addresses.
