sky on broad band

hi i am having problems getting sky sport/movies on my pc via broadband,i have the account set up,installed the software ready to go erh NO, when trying to link message comes up to get sky b/b you have to have a active net link "I have" on line all the time, turned off firewall antivirus software etc no avail ,sky help line as good as ashtray on a motorbike, anyone any ideas please ta Paul

Sorry, worked fine for me first time. Have you tried deleting and re-installing perhaps?
