Why Can't I Upload Photos To E Bay From My Laptop Main Screen?

I can see the photos I want to upload on my main laptop screen but when I try and upload them to E Bay, which I haven't listed anything for a long time, they are not showing?

When I do try and upload it is only showing about 25% of the icons on main screen (the one that opens when I sign into my laptop). 

When I try and upload a lot of the icons are not showing.

When you click to attach the files and the box opens, make sure that you choose All Files before the File Name box.
