How do I copy a You Tube audio track to Spotify?

Have tried copying URL via 'Tune My Music' but doesn't seem to work.

Is there any way I can use You Tube to MP3 convertor?

You can't upload music to Spotify yourself.  Independent artists (for example) need to use music distribution services to get their tracks added to Spotify.

However you can add local files to your own Spotify playlist.  To add music from YouTube, first use some form of conversion service (such as the online one that you've mentioned in your post) to create MP3 files.  Then follow the instructions here:

Points to note:
1. Downloading MP3 files from YouTube is actually illegal ;
2. Free online conversion services often try to trick users into downloading software that either needs to be paid for or which can introduce malware onto a computer.  (Proceed with extreme caution!) ;
