Problem with Norton Update

Why is it that the latest Norton update is stopping me sending and receiving from Microsoft Outlook, is there something i can do to correct this as i i prepfer outlook to outlook express. Thanks

Hi wickedtart, I dont know if its a solution or just good luck on my part but, I've had exactly the same trouble as you have now. After trying various things, none of which worked I thought I would try a system restore. I restored 2 days before and a message came up that I would have to restart my pc to let the restore take effect. However I couldn't restart the pc so I turned it off via the on/off. When I turned it back on it said the restore didn't work but O.E worked ok again!!! Good luck.
