I Would be grateful if anyone can assist me with a problem. I was able to print emails but now this doesn't work it only prints the headings for the email and subject, date, from, to, and NONE of the message at all, and other sites that I was able to print from no longer work. I uninstalled and then reinstalled printer but still doesn't work. anyone able to advise what I may be able to do and why it won't print out anything except headings. Thanks. Its windows XP and I ran an update have done Norton scan as well.

Scroll down the main body of the email and right click. Choose the print option and left click. It should print just the email.
