Seriously, I don't have one but I should imagine that the connections are on an open side rather than the bit which goes against the wall. I mean, they would have taken that into account when designing. If you have a plasma already and I'm wrong, then the only thing I can suggest is you contact the manufacturer/supplier for advice.
To get the 'no wires on display at all' effect you need to sink them into your plaster, by chiselling/cutting a channel (aka 'chasing out'), sinking a conduit tube, then replastering and painting - granted it makes a mess of your existing wall, but having invested a reasonable amount of cash in a plasma, its worthwhile doing.
Alternatively you can run the conduit tube on the surface of the plaster, but this doesn't give the 'minimalist' look most people are after.
if you have a plasterboard wall on studs, it is a bit easier in terms of minimal redecoration, but can be a bit fiddly. You'll be glad to hear you aren't the only person to face this challenge:
