Start button's moved!

Hi, does anyone know how to get evrything that was at the bottom of the screen back in its place. My start button is at the top left, and I can't seem to drag it anywhere. Also the clock and some other small icons are bottom left and I want it all reset...!!

Right-click a blank bit of the taskbar (in the middle somewhere, where the names of your open programs usually are). Make sure "lock task bar" is not ticked. If it is, untick it.

Then, drag the bar, from that blank space on the taskbar, down to the bottom of the screen.

And then lock the taskbar again.
