internet disabled at work

my work pc has an i.e6 disable programme installed by the i.t department.it resides in a zen networks programme and will not let you delete or uninstall it.

i used to change the connection options/socks number e.t.c but this no longer wiorks as i think they noted them and changed them.you cannot install anything on this pc either.

any ideas how to access the internet please.

You could try Portable Firefox which will run from a USB memory stick so does not need to be installed.
