I dont know if this is the right place to put this question but here goes!! I currently have a BT land line but i pay my calls to another provider. I just received a Final Bill from BT as they told me i had not kept to the payment plan i had agreed to (i dont remember agreeing to any payment plan) Can i just get this number disconnected and get a new one from BT. I am planning on paying the outstanding debt! Any help would be gratefully received!

when you sign up for bt you are agreeing to their terms and conditions. you probably violated one of these and wether or not you will be allowed to go back is up to them. it will make no difference if you change your number as bt can just reconnect your old one.
