notepad document - debug ?

I keep getting this document appearing in most folders it appears on desktop and most folders.when viewed it gives a list of dates and times and says something about 'hooked' or 'hooking'.


Any ideas what it is ? Spyware or virus maybe ?

has anything happened to your computer recently? if you think it might be viruses, scan the computer. hav you downloaded anything recently? because they can hav access to your computer.

its happened before but went away .its now back ! i run spyware doctor daily so its not that and always run av so i dont think its that !


i search on google bore no fruit so im a bit puzzled.
