help with virus

hi can anyone help me,did avg scan and it said ive got virus,ms03-011,avg wont get rid of it so what can i do pls,thanx

goto www.eset.com and download the 30 day trial version of nod32, their antivirus program.

Make sure to update it first before running a scan.

If running Windows XP, turn off system restore and delete temp internet files and any other temp files before scanning.
