Dension Ice Link

I recently had a Dension Ice Link fitted to my car radio to enable me to play my ipod in the car. All of a sudden though the radio doesnt seem to be able to pick up its frequency. i dont really want to have to take it back to the shop, no1 i cant afford it being repaired, no2 i dont want to look like a silly woman. Id really like to fix it myself if anyone can help.
