virus???

my pc is running very slow, i don't notice anything suspect, except that the processes require more ram, not just one particulary, but all of them. they "eat" more momory than they used to. can anyone tell what to do?

i'll try now some of the programmes from that web page.. i forgot to mention that this happend to me before, and i couldn' find any solution, i had to reinstall my windows.. :((
