Hi, everytime I send a text message my mobile automatically makes the sound it makes when i send a text message.

Its becoming quite annoying. I only want it to give off a sound when I'm receiving text messages not when i'm sending as well. Would appreciate any help on this cos its driving me mad!!!

You've got the "message delivered" activated. I can't remember exactly where it is on a Nokia as I haven't had one for ages, but just go into either "messages" or "tones" or some likely place and deactivate it.
i had the same problem on my samsung i fixed it by holding in the # key its probably differnt on a nokia

Hi Bantam yes it does show my balance everytime i send and receive a text message. Maybe its just down to the sim card I got from O2 it gives me free 300 texts. Strangely enough I have the same type of text sim in my other phone and it doesn't do it with that one. Perhaps my this phone in particular is faulty.

Thank anyway:)
