I have hearf that a new box will be �299, but will subscription increase as well please?

It depends.If you already have sky+ and are subscribed to the premium packages it will be no different ie same as current Sky+.

If you subscribe to the total package with sky+ then the sky+ subscription is waived. If you switch to sky HD this is still true BUT there will be an extra �10/month HD subscription to pay.
