Zone Alarm

I've had Zone Alarm Pro for some years now, and uopil now, no problems, but now, to access log on pages, like Answerbank and Ebay etc, I have to shut it off, something there is stopping me, and I can't work out what, ZA help, unfortunately, has not been able to come up with something, the problem could be something i've done, or a recent update download fromthe site, I did try uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't work, so any suggestions, would be most appreciated. Thanks.

I am no expert but recently had to reprogramme my ZA because of it not allowing me to publish pages to my new website. When I checked through the programmes it 'allowed' and re set it resolved the problem.

Maybe someone more technically minded will give you more explicit instructions.
