Why the hell won't it work?

My digital freeview box was working perfectly with my tv until I decided to move the tv to the other side of the room. Since doing this I am unable to get a proper picture on the screen. I think it is more the tv than the box, as the picture is there, but it does not stay still, it just whizzes past as though the cameraman is spinning around filming pictures on the walls. The sound is perfect, just the picture. I have tried everything I can think of, swapping connections, swapping them back, trying to uninstall and reinstall the digibox, tried manual tuning etc. I want to cry.

is your tv on the av channel and is the scart lead in properly
