Once you have created a table, how do you automate numbering down the left hand side, for instance like you would if writing a procedure with different steps.

Even nicer would be if it would re-calculate numbering if you insert a step. Rather like stylesheet numbering.

Try this right- click in the top tool bar, this should bring up a menu, tick the box for formatting and it will add another tool bar then move the mouse over the options till you get numbering left click. once you press enter to go onto the next line it automatically creates the number

I knew about numbering but didn't think to try it in a table.
