I've recently started to get blank squares where the pics. should be on some web pages. When I right click on the X and "show picture" it doesn't respond.; and W.M.Player seems as if it's showing about one "frame" every 500 or so on vid. clips . What attention do my settings need?

One possibility is that your 'Temporary Internet Files' folder is full. Have you cleared it out recently?

If you are using Internet Explorer, go to: tools - Internet Options - 'Temporary Internet Files' delete Files.

If you haven't done this for some time, that could take a minute or two to delete them all, so be patient.

In the instance of your missing images while browsing I'd try to confirm that it is actually your computer causing the problem and not the website(s) themselves having moved or removed the images..

Failing that, a good clear out of Temp files is the way to go for me..

As for your Media Player problem, possibly re-installing or installing initially some decent codecs may fix the issue..?
