I have been recently sent my advertising brochure ( via 2 pdf files ) from the printer to aprove -

I would like to know the best way to send this on as e-mail to all my "modern" customers!!

I have tried to save it and change it but every thing I try - when sent - includes a load of personal attachements from my computer I can test the e-mail by sending it to me as a different user but each time I have sent a load of uneccasary files ( such as the whole of my photo album and one time the recent web pages I had been on - PLEASE HELP - Also someone mentioned zipping the file - what is this

Save the 2 pdf files to your computer.

Create a new email, attach them both and chocks away.
Alternatively, you could upload them somewhere (like putfile.com) and insert the URL into your email.
That way they're not sent with the email, the contents of the email just tell your readers where to look if they want to see the brochure
