when i download a web page most of the pictures are blanked out i have been to tools then internet options then show picteres and ticked any surgestions please

on all websites, or just the odd one? and by blanked out, what do you mean? is there a little red 'x' in the corner of where the image should be?

give us the address of one of the sites and we'll see if we can see them.

When you say downloaded do you mean saved to your computer? If so then you need to know that images aren't stored within web pages they just have some code that points to the location of the picture, so they won't appear when you open the page from your hard drive.

if you go to www.dualpumps.co.uk all the place holders are pink and blank on my computer and this happens with quiet a few web sites

Goto tools --> internet options --> advanced then reset defaults.

Thanks for your help but i have tried going into tools then advanced to restore defaults

I have found out what my problem is I use blueyonder pc guard when I enable pop up add blocker it leaves a lot of blanks on web pages I download if I leave the check box unchecked its fine thank you for your help hope this will also solve others problems
