I told you exactly how to delete your partitions.
Insert your Windows XP CD in the drive
Boot from the CD by starting the computer with the CD in the drive (you may be prompted with a question Do you want to boot from CD, you say Yes.)
The install starts and you then get the screen shots I showed you on the previous question.
You use option D to delete all the partitions.
You then create a new partition and format it NTFS
Once that is done the install will continue to the end.
