I am having problems with Outlook Express (again).

I have to shut down my zone alarm to receive anything but when the mail starts to arrive I always end up with one less message than I should. e.g if it says 5 are arriving I get 4. If 1 arrives I don't get any even though it says at the bottom 1 new message and shows an unopened envolope there is nothins showing to open. Anyone any ideas?

Thank you in advance.

I run Zone Alarm, don't know if this is the same problem, but after I had downloaded a ZA update, I couldn't log onto certain sites, AB being one of them, in order to do so, I had to shut ZA down.

I got round this eventually, by uninstalling ZA, then reinstalling without the update.

You could try emailing their help desk with the problem, altenatively, www.zonealarm.com have a Q&A page, your problem might be there.
