Printer has 1 Black and 1x3 colour cartridge. All colours working except yellow. Have changed cartridge and run cleaning process umpteen times, but still no yellow. Many thanks to all who can help.

I have one of these printers myself and have always found it to be more reliable than modern ones.

There may be a blockage in the hollow pin that pierces the chamber seal which means that no ink can leave the cartridge. If this is the case, its a job for a service agent.

How much yellow ink does the ink level utility show in the cartridge?
