They say that by exepting there offer i stared a new contract with them....which i didn't even know about. They said they would have sent me an email after changing my price plan and by opening it i agreed to the new Ts&Cs of a contract. I can't even remeber getting that email. WTF are they doing. I've heard alot of people saying it's easier to get blood from a stone that it is to cancel an AOL contract. I guess they were right.
Hi, I had terrible trouble with AOL. It wasn't compatible with my anti-virus and kept disconnecting every five to ten minutes; despite this they wouldn't let me out of my 1 year contract and I'm still paying for a service I cannot use. Apparently you are locked in for one year but I thought you could cancel as and when once the year is up.I hope so, or come November I'll be in dispute with them again. We both need to read the small print.
