Tried doing a full virus and spyware scan?

clear your cache

Download CCleaner from here:

http://www.ccleaner.com

Things to do: Virus and spyware scan, clear cache files, defrag your harddrive (under start->programs->accessories->system tools->Disk Defragmenter)
