limewire downloads

for some reason i'm only allowed to download 3 things at once from the same person on limewire. 'the others say waiting for busy hosts'. any way i can change that?

under preferences,i believe there is na option to adjust number of maximum simultaneous downloads.

but if you are trying to download multiple files from just the one user,he may have settings for max 3 uploads his end.
