how do i do myspace??

i have a myspace profile but don't know how to do anything to it!! i'm new to computers and haven't got a clue what i'm doing!! how do i put music on it? and photos and backgrounds and stuff. any help much appreciated although please explain it as simply as possible. thanx xXx

A great place to go for myspace layouts is:

http://www.profilerehab.com

They are the only one I could find with no pop-ups and they have really unique designs for myspace.
