Is it possible to watch TV on the internet ?

Go to www.google.com and type 'watch tv online' in the box and you'll get about a million sites.

but all of the sites ive seen allow you to watch really innocuos channels. apart from the bbc channels, you get mostly crap sky channels and foreign stations that show crap. sweet

Channel 4 now allow you to watch TV online and the BBC are going to do something similar later on this year.

The other alternative is to use something like the SlingBox to stream your current SKY/Telewest box to the net so you can watch it anywhere with an internet connection.

Still a bit pricey but they should drop once more devices are available.
