Printing problem

I work for an internet retail website and we have installed a new printer to process online orders. The order form is printed exactly as before except the tick-boxes which are used to confirm the items on the order have been picked and packed do not show on the printed page, yet did before on our old printer. We have ensured the correct driver is installed so what could the problem be? Thanks.
