I`m looking for circuit diagrams or info to repair my shinho av2 sm483f monitor

The manufacturer is your best bet. Unless you really know what you are doing be very very careful as like televisions there are large capacitors inside that can be lethal. I don't know about the monitor in question. Most TV repair out fits will give you a quote and if possible they will fix it if the cost of doing so is worth the effort. They may also be able to advise on where you maybe able to sorce the circuit diagram.
