Does anyone know of a Webcam that actually moves? ie. Doesn't just update every few minutes. I think it's called 'Streaming''.

All webcams move! if they just updates every few minutes there is something wrong with your PC, sometimes they can be a bit jerky or slow. unless you are talking about outdoor webcams, that may show images of scenery, or specific locations.

I've heard that if you use your credit card there are plenty of "live" webcam sites ;o).
