You have to be a bit more specific, you haven't said what the actual error is/says.

The bit that starts key in the question is where it stops. It says spy ware has encountered a problem and needs to close. It has been doing this for ages now. Have sent report each time. Ps am so old dont understand your bit at the bottom. Thankyou

There must have been more of an error message, as what you've put doesn't make sense. It's like you have specified the noun in a sentence, but you haven't given the subject, object or verb.

BTW, if "Have sent report each time" means you've clicked 'Send' on the little dialog that asks if you want to report the problem to Microsoft, don't hold your breath. MS don't actually do anything about it, nor get back to you. Basically, most of what gets reported is just logged and forgotten about. Only if a lot of identical problems appeared on a popular application would they start to do anything.
