my modem is not picking up d s l signal have been told by bt line is o k an a o l say they have upgraded me to broadband an it must be a b t fault please help

hi evo 6 have you tried unplugging the modem wait 30 seconds then plugging the power back in? my modem plays up sometimes and i think this acts like a reset switch. uninstalling and reinstalling the modem might be something worth trying too.

as for blaming each other isnt that just typical of these folks they take your money then abandon you? proper winds me up sometimes.

yes my b t line is live and all filters are in place i dunno what thehell the problem is even tried 3 diffrent modems so it aint a dodgy modem so im stumped but cheerz to evryone that answerd take it ezy
