XP net not working for administrators.. please help!!

Hi, We have XP on my computer, problem is, our speedtouch connection for broadband won't connect. I've checked the username and password and it still won't work. I'm an administrator, and so is my mum, but it won't connect on hers either. The only way I can seem to connect is on my sisters, who is not an administrator.. anybody have any ideas?? when it says connection failed, it says because of incorrect username or password for the domain, but it's all correct... can anybody help?? I can only say are you 100% certain they are correct? Can you check with you ISP? They should be able to help.
