I'm not getting any sound, this is the message it is giving on my media player, was working fine a couple of days ago, it isn't even playing the track, can you help please???

I had to do a System Restore to get back to 'normal'. I'd tried AVG anti-virus, Spybot, Ad-Aware and Windows Defender with no success. I hope this is nothing to do with the recent Windows Updates.
