motorola pebl

hi, i just got a new pebl phone yesterday and everything's super except the one thing i cant work out how to do is reply to a text. i can send a text but if i receive one i dont know know how to reply without having to go back to the main menu bit, on my last phone after you read the message you just pressed options - reply and that was it. any help would be great thanks
