digibox problem

I have just bought a digihome DVB 915 digital terrestrial receiver and I'm trying to use it on a portable TV which is quite old. I don't konw wehre to plug in the scart lead, there's only 1 socket on the back of the tv - is this the 1?
Do i connect the other cable to a portable ariel in the absence of an efficient rooftop one.
