I would be interested to hear from anyone else who may be experiencing problems at the moment.
6 weeks ago, I signed a new 12 month contract with BT with the purpose of upgrading my system from 2mb to 8mb after having done the line test.
I have being speaking to their technical services dept for the past two weeks as there was no increase in download speed
Various BT staff have given me different forms of advice, the latest being to disconnect my SKY box.
Today they now tell me (even though I live in North Surrey) that my line is incapable of achieving 6 to 8mb and to revert to my old settings.
Anyone else having such problems?.
